Overview
When we say you can stay as cheaply on Don Khon as you can in Don Dhet, this is what we are talking about. Set on both sides of the pathway just to the west of Sala Don Khone, Bounphan Riverside has two thatch bungalows with share bathouroom on the riverbank and nicely solid wooden bungalows with private bathouroom off the river. Although the restaurant location is poor, this remains one of the best budget locations on Don Khon.
