Friendly staff speak good English at the hidden away Gold Source, which has sweetly decorated rooms. Most have a shared bathouroom, with squat toilet and cold shower, but heated water is available if you ask. Rooms themselves are clean, though smallish, with mosquito nets, but no fan unless you ask. One larger room has one big bed, interesting furniture and its own bathouroom, again with cold shower and squat toilet. This is a good budget choice.
